Big Bore Kit, 475cc.
Our 475cc big bore kits have been developed over the last 10 years to give a significant increase in both power and torque over the standard 387cc engine. The kit consist of 3 standard bored & tuned barrels, plus modified cylinder heads. Forged 63mm pistons are supplied together with all other parts required for the kit including gaskets for the top end. Unlike our Japanese competitors underdeveloped lower powered 500 kits, these 475cc kits are true plug & play bolt on.
 
The price for 475cc kit is £2400 or £2000 if customer supplies donor heads & barrels.

The latest 3rd generation spec 475cc kit used in conjunction with JL pipes & standard carbs is now giving up to 85bhp at the wheel! With bored carbs (28mm / +2mm) and Zeeltronic or Ignitech programmable ignition 90bhp is achievable.

The 2018 CRMC Post Classic 750 championship was won by Joe Barton on a big bore kitted NS400R, built and tuned by ourselves with a reliable 80bhp at the wheel, taking many 750 circuit lap records, beating all the TZ's including TZ750 and Suzuki XR69's on the way!
