Pricing
Every effort is made to ensure that prices and availability on our website are accurate when you place your order. We are not responsible for any errors that occur.
If an error is found with the price of the goods before your order is processed, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price, or cancelling your order. If we do not receive an order confirmation within 14 days of informing you of the error, the order will be cancelled automatically. If you cancel the order, or if the order is cancelled automatically due to the expiry of the 14 day period, we will refund any sum that has been paid by you for the goods.
The goods are subject to availability. In the event that the goods are unavailable or cleared funds are not received, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund you for any sum that has been paid by you for the goods.
Goods sent outside of the United Kingdom may get held up in customs. Due to Brexit, this now also applies to all parcels shipped to the whole of the EU. Please note that you are responsible for all customs charges incurred in the delivery country.
Payment
For purchases made on the website, it is necessary to pay for the goods and delivery costs at the time of purchase by PayPal. If you want to pay by bank transfer, please contact us and we will provide bank details. If you want to collect goods, please contact us to make arrangements.
Delivery
We aim to get your order to you as soon as possible and automatically use the most cost effective and reliable shipping method available.
The goods you order will be delivered to the address you give when you place your order.
Upon receipt of your order, you will be asked to sign for the goods received in good condition. If the package does not appear to be in good condition, then please refuse the delivery. If you are unable to check the contents of your delivery at the point of delivery then please sign for the parcel as "UNCHECKED". Failure to do so may affect any warranty claims that you make thereafter.

Faulty or Missing Goods
Any claim for faulty goods must be reported within 3 working days of receipt of the goods by e-mail, accompanied with photographs of the faulty product. We will offer a full replacement of the product or a refund. If faulty goods are part of a larger order and a refund is agreed, the postage refunded will be based on the value, size and weight of the faulty goods compared to the value, size and weight of the full order.
Missing goods must be reported by email within 5 working days of the delivery date. We will then send any missing products to you. If you do not report the missing products to us within the 5 working days from delivery, it will be presumed you have received the delivery in full and we will not be liable for any missing products after the 5 working days.
Goods Damaged in Transit
If the return is due to goods being damaged in transit, you need to notify us by email within 3 days of delivery, providing photographic evidence of both the product and packaging to use in evidence for an insurance claim against the delivery company. Once the insurance claim has concluded in our favour, a refund will be issued within 14 days.
Cancellation
Under the Distance Selling Regulations you have the right to cancel the sale contract at any time up to 14 days after you receive the goods. Please note that this policy has some limitations and does not apply to business customers. This does not apply to goods that have been made to your specification or clearly personalised or by reason of their nature cannot be returned.
An order can only be cancelled before it is despatched to you. Please notify us by telephone so the status of your order can be checked immediately and if it has not yet been dispatched, the full amount, including the postage costs will be refunded. Orders that have already been despatched are treated as returns, please see the next section.
If you fail to take delivery of the goods because you want to cancel your order but you have not advised us of the cancellation until after the goods were despatched to you, we will refund you the cost of the goods minus the postage costs paid within 14 days from the date the parcel is received by us.
Returns

This does not apply to goods that have been made to your specification or clearly personalised or by reason of their nature cannot be returned.
To exercise your right of cancellation for orders that have been despatched or received by you, you must give written notice to us by email, giving details of the order number, goods ordered and, where appropriate, their delivery date. Notification by phone is not sufficient. You will be given the address for returns, which is different to the P.O. box address on the invoice. Under no circumstances should goods be returned to the P.O. box address, it does not accept parcels. We will not be responsible for locating the parcel or any costs involved in onward shipping to the correct address, which is provided when you advise us of the return. Until the parcel is returned to the correct address, no refund will be made. The goods are at your risk from the time of delivery. You must take reasonable care to ensure the goods are not damaged in the meantime or in transit.
If you fail to take delivery of the goods because you want to cancel your order but you have not advised us of the cancellation until after the goods were despatched to you, we will refund you the cost of the goods minus the postage costs paid within 14 days from the date the parcel is received by us.
Once the returned goods are received by us and they have been checked to ensure nothing is missing and they are in an unused and saleable condition, we will refund you the cost of the goods paid by you within 14 days, minus the postage costs to send the goods to you.
Returned goods which were correctly supplied by us where the Distance Selling Regulations have not been complied with, it is beyond the 14 day eligible period or the goods were incorrectly ordered, will be subject to a 20% handling fee.

Note:
These terms of sale and the supply of the goods will be subject to English law and the English courts will have jurisdiction in respect of any dispute arising from the contract, save that consumers resident in Scotland shall have the right to insist upon these terms being construed in accordance with the laws of Scotland and to submit to the jurisdiction of Scottish courts.
