Delivery & Returns


We try to offer the best possible price on postage and unlike many companies we do not make a big profit from shipping but must cover our costs for packaging materials, time and the fees PayPal charge on the shipping cost. We ship worldwide and offer as good a deal to our International buyers as we do to the UK.

In the UK, postage costs are based on 2nd class post and parcels over 2kg include tracking and insurance. International shipping costs are based on a priority service including tracking and insurance. If you are unhappy or have any queries regarding shipping costs, please email us before checkout and we will get back to you ASAP.
If you are ordering more than 1 fairing part or side panel (large parts) you will be eligible for a discount on the combined delivery cost. Please email us before ordering with details of what you require and we will provide a quote for delivery charges.
When you add products to your Shopping Cart, you need to select the country they need to be delivered to and the appropriate delivery charge will be added automatically. You will always be able to see this charge before submitting your order. Shipping costs are determined based on parcel value, size, weight and destination country. 

If you select the incorrect delivery country, the delivery charge will be different and the correct delivery charge needs to be paid before the products are despatched. This could delay your order.

Once an order has been placed, we aim to dispatch within 4 working days, provided there are no made to order parts within the order. Estimated delivery times vary depending on the delivery country, as follows:

Products sent outside of the United Kingdom may get held up in customs. Due to Brexit, this now also applies to all parcels shipped to the whole of the EU. Please note that you are responsible for all customs charges incurred in the delivery country.

The risk in the product shall pass from the company to the customer upon delivery of the product to the customer.


To exercise your right of cancellation for orders that have been despatched and/or received by you, you must give written notice to us by email, giving details of the order number, the products ordered and, where appropriate, their delivery date. Notification by phone is not sufficient. You will be given the address for returns, which is different to the P.O. box address on the invoice. Under no circumstances should products be returned to the P.O. box address, it does not accept parcels. We will not be responsible for locating the parcel or any costs involved in onward shipping to the correct address, which is provided when you advise us of the return. Until the parcel is returned to the correct address, no refund will be made. The products are at your risk from the time of delivery. You must take reasonable care that the products are not damaged in the meantime or in transit.
Once the returned products are received by us and they have been checked to ensure nothing is missing and they are in an unused and saleable condition, we will refund you the cost of the products paid by you within 14 days, minus the postage costs to send the products to you.

If the return is due to a product being faulty, you need to notify us by email within 3 days of delivery, accompanied with photographs of the faulty product. We will offer a full replacement of the product or a refund. If the faulty product is part of a larger order and a refund is agreed, the postage refunded will be based on the value, size and weight of the faulty product compared to the value, size and weight of the full order.
If there are any missing products in your order, you have 5 working days from delivery to notify us by email. We will then send any missing products to you. If you do not report the missing products to us within the 5 working days from delivery, it will be presumed you have received the delivery in full and we will not be liable for any missing products after the 5 working days.
If the return is due to the product being damaged in transit, you need to notify us by email within 3 days of delivery, providing photographic evidence of both the product and packaging to use in evidence for an insurance claim against the delivery company. Once the insurance claim has concluded in our favour, a refund will be issued within 14 days.
Returned products which were correctly supplied by us where the Distance Selling Regulations have not been complied with, it is beyond the 14 day eligible period or the products were incorrectly ordered, will be subject to a 20% handling fee.

Force Majeure

Classic Race Replicas shall have no liability to you for any failure to deliver the product you have ordered or any delay in doing so or for any damage or defect to the product delivered that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond its reasonable control.
