Trading Terms
1. Pricing
Every effort is made to ensure that prices and availability on our website are accurate when you place your order. We are not responsible for any errors that occur.
If an error is found with the price of the goods before your order is processed we will notify you as soon as possible and offer you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price, or cancelling your order. If we do not receive an order confirmation within 14 days of informing you of the error, the order will be cancelled automatically. If you cancel the order, or if the order is cancelled automatically due to the expiry of the 14 day period, we will refund any sum that has been paid by you for the goods.
The goods are subject to availability. In the event that the goods are unavailable or cleared funds are not received we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund you for any sum that has been paid by you for the goods.
Please note that for customers resident outside the European Union that you may be liable to pay your own customs taxes on arrival of the goods.
2. Payment
For purchases made on the website it is necessary to pay for the goods and delivery costs at the time of purchase by one of the acceptable payment methods. If you would like to pay by any other method, for example cash or cheque, or would like to collect your order, please call us on 07533057474 and your order will be dealt with.
3. Delivery
We aim to get your order to you as soon as possible and automatically use the most cost effective shipping method available.
The goods you order will be delivered to the address you give when you place your order.
If you deliberately fail to take delivery of the goods then without prejudice to any other right or remedy available to us, we may:
a. Store the goods until actual delivery and charge you for reasonable costs (including insurance) of storage;
or
b. Sell the goods at the best readily obtainable price and (after deducting all reasonable storage and selling expenses) send you an invoice for any excess over the price you agreed to pay for the goods or charge you for any shortfall below the price you agreed to pay for the goods.
If you fail to take delivery because you have cancelled your contract under the Distance Selling Regulations we will refund you within 30 days for any sum that has been paid by you or debited from your credit card for the goods. On exercising your right to cancel you shall be required to return the goods to us. Should you fail to return the goods, we reserve the right to deduct any direct costs incurred by us in retrieving the goods as a result of such failure.
Upon receipt of your order you will be asked to sign for the goods received in good condition. If the package does not appear to be in good condition then please refuse the delivery. If you are unable to check the contents of your delivery at the point of delivery then please sign for the parcel as "UNCHECKED". Failure to do so may affect any warranty claims that you make thereafter.

4. Damaged or Missing Goods
Any claim for damaged goods must be reported within 3 working days of receipt of the goods by e-mail, accompanied with photographs of any damage. Missing goods must be reported by email within 5 working days of the expected delivery date.
5. Cancellation
Under the Distance Selling Regulations you have the right to cancel the sale contract at any time up to 7 days after you receive the goods. Please note that this policy has some limitations and does not apply to business customers. This does not apply to goods that have been made to your specification or clearly personalised or which by reason of their nature cannot be returned.
To exercise your right of cancellation, you must give written notice to us by hand, post or e-mail, giving details of the goods ordered and (where appropriate) their delivery. Notification by phone is not sufficient.
Except in the case of faulty or mis-described goods, if you exercise your right of cancellation after the goods have been delivered to you, you will be responsible for returning the goods to us at your own cost. The goods must be returned to the address shown within the Contact Us section of the website. You must take reasonable care to ensure the goods are not damaged in the meantime or in transit.
Once you have notified us that you are cancelling the contract, we will refund you within 30 days for any sum that has been paid by you for the goods.
Except in the case of faulty or mis-described goods, if you do not return the goods as required, we may charge you a sum not exceeding the direct costs of recovering the goods.
6. Returns
Any goods that are being returned must be unused and still in their original packing. The goods must be returned to the address shown within the Contact Us section of the website at your own cost. The goods are at your risk from the time of delivery. Returned goods which were correctly supplied by us where the Distance Selling Regulations have not been complied with, it is beyond the 7 day eligible period or the goods were incorrectly ordered, will be subject to a 20% handling fee.
In the case of faulty, missing or mis-described goods, please call us on 07533057474 and then we will ask you to return the goods and refund you reasonable agreed postage costs.

Product images are for illustrative purposes only and may differ from the actual product.
These terms of sale and the supply of the goods will be subject to English law and the English courts will have jurisdiction in respect of any dispute arising from the contract, save that consumers resident in Scotland shall have the right to insist upon these terms being construed in accordance with the laws of Scotland and to submit to the jurisdiction of Scottish courts.
